ECHOCARDIOGRAM

Heart murmur, abnormal EKG, chest pain, angina, SOB, hypertension, LV function, valvular stenosis or Insufficiency, CHF, pulmonary pressure, arrhythmia.

CAROTID DUPLEX

Carotid artery stenosis or occlusion, TIA, CVA, cardiovascular bruit, dizziness, syncope, vertigo, abnormal gate, hemiplegia, subclavian steal

UPPER/LOWER EXTREMITY VENOUS DUPLEX

Pain, swelling/edema, DVT, venous reflux or stasis, baker cysts, phlebitis, inflammation, superficial varices, ulcerations

RENAL ARTERY DUPLEX

Renal artery stenosis or occlusion, uncontrollable hypertension, decreased renal function

PELVIC ULTRASOUND

Pelvic pain, ovarian cyst, fibroids, adnexal mass(es), abnormal hemorrhage, dysmenorrhea

TESTICULAR ULTRASOUND

Testicular pain, enlargement, hydrocele, varicocele, epididymitis, torsion, palpable mass

PERIPHERAL

ARTERIAL DUPLEX

Leg pain, claudication, arterial stenosis or occlusion, atherosclerosis, cold extremities, weak pulses, bruit,
pseudoaneurysm, ulcerations

ABDOMINAL ULTRASOUND

Abdominal pain, biliary disease, fatty liver, AAA, pancreatitis, appendicitis, diverticulitis, hepatitis or cirrhosis, abnormal LFT’s, jaundice, abdominal distention.

THYROID ULTRASOUND

Palpable mass, general swelling of the neck, multinodular goiter, thyroiditis, cyst or mass, parathyroid mass,
lymphadenopathy, trouble swallowing, hyper or hypothyroidism
